Hare Krishna.
Here is a link to
the video of the Times Square Harinam on Saturday
night which Locanananda spoke of. It's very amazing, alot of people on
the streets join in to chant and dance, especially now that we have a
mantra sign alot of people follow along. There are many videos and
pictures being taken by many who take them home and show their friends
and family. Of course there are devotees distributing literature and
mantracards. There is an estimated 50,000 people that pass by that
street corner in 2 hours during that time. At the end of this video
there is one very interesting picture which was taken after the Harinam
when we reached back to the car. It just so happened that right there
was a bus stop with an advertisement manifesting several transcendental
forms of Lord Krishna, one holding the flute with Radha and 2 Gopal
Deities with sweet balls (There's also a Hanuman and Durga Mata in
there too). The ad is for Delta airline to fly to India, it's Headlined
"Cheat on New York"..."Sneak away to Mumbai,.." I took it as Lord
Krishna's indication to somehow or other sneak Krishna Consciousness to
the people of New York. What an ecstatic night.
