"re-constituted"? What exactly do you mean by this? Do you mean change
the trustees? Or do you mean perhaps something more than this?

is a valid question. It seems to me that if you did, you would be
working with the Trustee very closely. But your undertaking so far is
ex parte, i.e. serving the interests of the alleged beneficiary, not
necessarily those of the BBT.
